Techie Crew doesn’t simply offer employees time off to volunteer with their charity of choice—we encourage it! Our employees receive an annual allowance of paid time off that is set aside specifically for volunteer work.
Donation Match
Making Every Dollar Count
In addition to our quarterly initiatives, Techie Crew offers to match up to two charitable donations a year for each employee. The diversity of interests and organizations we’re able to reach expands year after year through this approach. We’re proud of the unique ways in which our employees give back!

Teamwork
Techie Crew values teamwork beyond the office walls. One of our recurring corporate-wide passion projects has been our involvement with the Washington Metro Cricket League (WMCL). We’ve been a proud sponsor of The Techie Crew Stallions since 2018 and have enjoyed the camaraderie we’ve built together.
