Job Description

Techie Crew has an enterprise client seeking a Data Analyst 3 in North Reading, MA. Current Business Need:
Enhance data analytics capabilities for both OBDA and TASRS product lines
Implement automation solutions to reduce manual processing
Strengthen technical reporting infrastructure
Support product development and optimization
Business Impact:
Streamline product-related data analysis
Improve reporting efficiency for product metrics
Enable data-driven product decisions
Automate manual processes to increase productivity
Support data preparation and cleansing for future system implementations
Bridge gaps between current systems and future state solutions
Develop interim solutions that align with long-term system strategy

Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in business/reporting analytics roles
Mid to Senior level (5-10 years of relevant experience)
Business Analysis/Requirements Gathering (Expert level – 5+ years)
SQL/Reporting Development (Advanced level – 3+ years)
Automation Tools (VBA/Tableau) (Intermediate level – 2+ years)
Flexibility based on candidate qualifications and expertise
Experience with Oracle ERP systems and supply chain metrics
Strong proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Tableau for reporting automation
Proven track record of transforming business requirements into analytical solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience in developing and maintaining automated reporting systems
Strong proficiency in SQL database querying and management
Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
VBA programming capabilities
Analytics and reporting expertise
Process automation experience
Experience with Oracle ERP systems
Understanding of supply chain planning tools
Knowledge of data integration between planning systems

Bias for Action – Role requires quick understanding of business needs and implementing efficient reporting solutions while maintaining quality and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain or operations analytics
Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and metrics
Prior experience with system transformation projects
Background in process automation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
